Eagle Bright Logistics (01442) announces that, based on the recommendation of the Board Audit Committee, Nexia SSY PLT (Nexia) has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective from February 13, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Kreston Malaysia's resignation, and will serve until the end of the next shareholders' annual meeting.
