China Union Capital (08375) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, New World Resources Trading - FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates, has entered into a cooperation framework agreement with Zhiyun (08521)'s direct wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhiyun Kuangshi Limited, on February 11, 2026, to establish a strategic cooperation framework for procurement and supply of cloud computing and internet traffic services.
DATA UNION CAP (08375) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, New World Resources Trading - FZCO, registered and established in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Wisdom Cloud (08521), a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Wisdom Technology Corporation, on February 11, 2026, to establish a strategic cooperation framework for procurement and supply of cloud computing and internet traffic services. According to the agreement, New World Resources and Wisdom Cloud have agreed that: (a) New World Resources shall, subject to further agreements, prioritize purchasing cloud computing and internet traffic services from Wisdom Cloud (either directly or through one or more designated affiliated entities), provided that the terms are equivalent to or better than those offered by other service providers; and (b) Wisdom Cloud shall consider New World Resources as a core strategic customer and, under sufficient resources, prioritize meeting New World Resources' computing and internet traffic needs. The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation marks an important step for both parties, and will enhance the development of the group and Wisdom Cloud's respective businesses by leveraging their advantages in digital technology. Specifically, the strategic cooperation is expected to enable the group to ensure a stable supply of computing and internet traffic services under more favorable commercial terms, thus enhancing the consistency, quality, and competitiveness of the group's software as a service (SaaS) solutions, while reducing overall costs to support the long-term development of its new SaaS business solutions.
