Shanghai Pharmaceuticals (02607) announced that Mr. Zhao Yong (Mr. Zhao) was elected as an employee director of the eighth board of directors of the company at the second joint meeting of the third session of the Workers' Representative Assembly held on February 11, 2026. Mr. Zhao, along with directors elected by the company's shareholders' meeting, will jointly constitute the eighth board of directors of the company, with a term from the date of the Workers' Representative Assembly election to the expiration of the term of the eighth board of directors.
