With relentless research and development innovation and capacity expansion, China Xuyang Group (01907) is leading this industry revolution and accelerating the creation of another "globally leading" Xuyang chemical product line.
As of February 11, 2026, with the joint efforts and coordinated advancement of the entire industry, and benefiting from the gradual recovery of market demand, the overall order and environment of the caprolactam market have improved, and product prices have steadily increased from 8,050 yuan/ton in early November 2025 to 9,900 yuan/ton. CHINA RISUN GP (01907), with its unremitting research and development innovation and capacity expansion, is leading this industry revolution and accelerating the creation of another "globally leading" Xuyang Chemical product line. Capacity expansion and technological innovation lay the foundation for industry leadership CHINA RISUN GP has achieved breakthrough progress not only in expanding caprolactam production capacity, but also in cost control and production efficiency through a series of capacity expansion and technical upgrades. Currently, the group's total caprolactam production capacity has reached 810,000 tons/year (510,000 tons/year in Cangzhou Park and 300,000 tons/year in Dongming Park), with a stable market share at a high level of about 9.6%. Cangzhou Park, as the flagship base for Xuyang Group's caprolactam production, has formed a production capacity of 510,000 tons/year in Phase I + Phase II. Since the successful commissioning of the Phase I caprolactam project of 100,000 tons/year in October 2015, after two major capacity expansions from 2019 to 2022, a complete industrial chain system centered around caprolactam has been constructed. The Phase I capacity expansion not only realized large-scale production of 150,000 tons/year of caprolactam, but also built key facilities such as 135,000 tons/year -caprolactam and 3x220 tons/hour boilers. The Phase II expansion is the largest single investment with the highest technological content in Xuyang's history. While producing 360,000 tons of caprolactam annually, it also includes a series of advanced facilities such as 330,000 tons/year -caprolactam, 343,000 tons/year (35%) hydrogen peroxide, 80,000 standard cubic meters/hour hydrogen production, and 300,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis. The construction of a 1x410 tons/hour circulating fluidized bed anthracite boiler has been completed, providing heating for surrounding enterprises and forming an efficient and coordinated industrial ecosystem. It is worth mentioning that the Phase II project of Cangzhou Park adopts the -caprolactam hydrate process, which shows significant advantages such as reduced raw material consumption, reduced waste generation, significantly improved safety and stability, and high quality of the product compared to traditional oxidation process. It not only achieves a conversion rate and carbon conversion rate of nearly 100% for -caprolactam, but also greatly reduces hydrogen consumption, reduces gas and liquid waste emissions, and transforms some waste into clean fuel through technological innovation, achieving both environmental and economic benefits. Synergistic coupling and industrial chain extension, advancing into a new blue ocean In addition to the continued expansion and enhancement of Cangzhou Park, Dongming Park, another important base for Xuyang Group's caprolactam industry, has also completed capacity expansion, upgrade and transformation in recent years, forming diversified production capacity such as 300,000 tons/year caprolactam, 80,000 tons/year nylon 6 chip, and 350,000 tons/year -caprolactam. This not only increased the production capacity by 50%, but also strengthened the coordination of facilities and systems between Cangzhou and Dongming parks, further enriching the conditions and solidifying the foundation for the development of the group in the field of nylon new materials. Currently, based on the independently innovated -caprolactam direct synthesis for hexamethylenediamine production, the group has basically completed the construction of the Phase I project of high-end polyamide new materials in Yuncheng Park after eight years of breakthrough in the "bottleneck" technology. This not only breaks the foreign technological blockade and forms a complete set of independent intellectual property rights, but also opens up a new path for China's nylon industry. As the key raw material for producing high-performance nylon, hexamethylenediamine will support the group's continued downstream extension and development, accelerate into the high-end areas of PA6, PA66, high-temperature nylon, etc., create an industrial closed-loop, enhance product added value, broaden the Xuyang new material industry chain, thicken the "moat" of profitability, and further consolidate its industry-leading position. Strategic exploration and cooperative development, building an internationally competitive industrial cluster Looking ahead, Xuyang Group will continue to play the synergistic and efficiency-enhancing role of Cangzhou and Dongming parks, adhere to the dual-wing linkage of independent research and development and technology introduction, focus on overcoming disruptive core technologies, and promote continuous innovation and application expansion in the fields of elastomeric nylon, high-temperature nylon, etc. The group plans to accelerate the research and development of nylon 66 and high-end specialty nylon new materials based on the high-end polyamide new materials project, create million-ton-level nylon new materials products, and forge a caprolactam new materials industry leader with international competitiveness. At the same time, Xuyang Group actively seeks deep cooperation with spinning and downstream enterprises, and through strong alliances and complementary advantages, is committed to fully connecting the two nylon fields of PA6 and PA66, constructing the high-standard caprolactam-nylon full industrial chain, creating a national-level nylon new materials industry base.
