The company plans to issue 3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7, raising $18 million (with 33% being secondary offering). Based on the calculated midpoint of the proposed price range, CALM Chain International's market value will reach $120 million.
CALM Chain International operates through its subsidiary TalentQuest, which provides employer of record (EoR) and human resources outsourcing, executive search, and human resources research services. TalentQuest acts as the nominal employer for client employees, conducts executive search business based on success fees, and provides labor and regulatory research for clients expanding into new jurisdictions, covering employment laws, compensation requirements, visas, and other relevant factors.
The company was established in 2012 and plans to list on Nasdaq with the ticker symbol CCIL. CALM Chain International submitted its IPO application in secret on September 9, 2025. Pacific Century Securities is the exclusive bookrunner for the transaction.
