The equipment developed by the company has undergone preliminary testing and verification, and has achieved performance standards comparable to overseas equipment in terms of technical capabilities. It also has leading domestic and internationally first-class high-temperature control capabilities, capable of covering high-temperature sulfuric acid cleaning processes up to 190C. Furthermore, the company has recently successfully delivered 5 single-wafer cleaning equipment to 4 customers, including: delivering an OCTOPUS device to a 12-inch wafer foundry customer for critical cleaning steps in the 28nm process; delivering an OCTOPUS device and a CUBE device to a 12-inch high-performance analog and power device customer. Among the successfully delivered orders mentioned above, two equipment orders are repeat orders from existing customers. The company has also received a repeat order for an OCTOPUS device, which will be delivered soon. The revenue from these orders has not been confirmed yet.
