Huahong Company (688347.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase 97.4988% equity of Shanghai Huahong (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase II Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Guotou Leading Integrated Circuit Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) through the issuance of shares held by these entities, and raise supporting funds.
Hua Hong Semiconductor (688347.SH) announced that the company plans to purchase 97.4988% equity of Shanghai Huahong Microelectronics Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Huahong (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Phase II Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Guotou Xian Dao Integrated Circuit Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) through issuing shares, and to raise supporting funds.
Recently, the company received the approval from the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, which was forwarded by its indirectly controlling shareholder Shanghai Huahong (Group) Co., Ltd., regarding the asset restructuring of Hua Hong Semi Limited. The Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has conditionally approved the company's proposed transaction plan.
