VMEP HOLDINGS (00422) announced that Mr. Liu Wuxiong (Mr. Liu) has resigned as an executive director, chairman of the board, member of the company's remuneration committee, chairman of the company's nomination committee, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK), effective from February 10, 2026. Ms. Ye Huifen (Ms. Ye) has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board, member of the remuneration committee, and authorized representative, effective from February 10, 2026. The board also announced changes in the composition of the nomination committee, with Ms. Lin Qingqing appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee and Mr. Chen Xubin appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective from February 10, 2026.
