China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (00670) announced that on February 9, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Donghang Import and Export and Donghang Logistics signed a "Transfer Agreement". Donghang Import and Export will transfer 49% of its equity in Donghang Supply Chain to Donghang Logistics for a consideration of approximately RMB 1.998 billion.
China East Air (00670) announced that on February 9, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Donghang Import and Export, signed a "Transfer Agreement" with Eastern Air Logistics. Donghang Import and Export will transfer 49% of its equity in Donghang Supply Chain to Eastern Air Logistics for a transfer price of approximately RMB 199.8 million.
This equity transfer will benefit the company in focusing on its core aviation business. Through this transaction, Donghang Supply Chain will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern Air Logistics. The company will fully utilize and leverage Eastern Air Logistics' advantages in aviation supply chain transportation and management, thereby providing the company with more efficient and high-quality aviation supply chain management and logistics support services.
