The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, along with 7 other departments, are carrying out administrative guidance on employment for leading platform enterprises and express delivery companies.
The meeting requires relevant enterprises to fully implement the main responsibility for employment, continuously improve labor management, and effectively protect the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the Ministry of Transport, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Post Bureau, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, conducted administrative guidance on employment for 16 companies including Meituan, Taobao Flash Sale, JD Instant Delivery, Flash Delivery, SF INTRA-CITY, Hema, Didi, T3 Travel, CAOCAO INC., Huolala, Manbang, YTO Express Group, STO Express Co.,Ltd., Zhongtong Express, Yunda Express, and Jitu Express to protect the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment. The meeting called for the comprehensive implementation of the main responsibilities of employment by relevant companies, continuous improvement in labor management, and effective protection of the rights and interests of workers in new forms of employment.
