Heng An International (01044) announced that on February 9, 2026, the company has completed the issuance of the second tranche of RMB 2 billion of short-term financing bills (second tranche of short-term financing), with an annual interest rate of 1.81% and a term of 179 days. Following the completion, the remaining approved but unissued debt financing instruments amount to RMB 1.8 billion.

Following the completion, the remaining approved but unissued debt financing tools amount to RMB 1.8 billion.
The proceeds from the issuance of the second tranche of short-term financing bonds are intended to be used to supplement the working capital of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as to repay the company's debts and some bank loans of certain domestic subsidiaries.
