KIMOU ENVIRON (06805) announced that Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda have entered into a previous construction contract for the total construction and related services of four industrial parks of the group. On February 6, 2026, the company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Taizhou Jincheng has entered into an agreement with Guangdong Jinjunda (which has previously entered into construction contracts with other subsidiaries of the company) to further carry out construction projects. The total contract transaction amount disclosed for all industrial parks (including Qingshen Park, East China Park, Central China Park, and Huizhou Park) on the day of this announcement and in the previous twelve months is approximately RMB 377 million. Based on the company's strategic focus on expanding its surface treatment circular economy industrial park business, especially in the Jiangsu region, and to meet the needs of new facility construction and operation preparations, the directors believe that the agreement between Taizhou Jincheng and Guangdong Jinjunda is a necessary step to promote the development of new land and installation of equipment in East China Park. This expansion aligns with the group's strategy to increase rentable floor area and improve wastewater treatment capacity, seizing the demand of electroplating companies in the Yangtze River Delta region. The services and supplies provided under the current transaction will support the timely completion of factory buildings and supporting facilities, which is crucial for attracting and retaining tenants, increasing rental rates, and creating stable rental and utility service income.
