The company plans to issue no more than 37,678,900 shares of ordinary shares for overseas listing and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 39 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 97,431,581 unlisted shares in China to overseas listed shares and list them for circulation on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the prospectus, Han's Tian Tiancheng is a leader in the global silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxy industry. The company is mainly engaged in the research, production, and sales of silicon carbide epitaxial chips. According to a report by Zhoushi Consulting, since 2023, in terms of annual sales volume, Han's Tian Tiancheng is the world's largest supplier of silicon carbide epitaxy, with a market share of over 30% in 2024. Han's Tian Tiancheng led the drafting and formulation of the world's first and currently only industry standard for silicon carbide epitaxy in the international semiconductor equipment and materials industry association (SEMI). In 2024, Han's Tian Tiancheng has sold over 164,000 silicon carbide epitaxial chips through epitaxy chip sales and foundry models; during the performance record period, the company has delivered a total of over 500,000 silicon carbide epitaxial chips.
