Dayu Water Saving (300021.SZ) announcement: The company's board of directors has agreed to transfer 28.5% of the equity interest in Beijing Huitu Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Huitu Technology") held by the company to Jiaxing Qianzhan Hengyuan Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Qianzhan Hengyuan") for 192 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company's equity interest in Huitu Technology will decrease from 55.1023% to 26.6023%, and Huitu Technology will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
