Xindada (300207.SZ) announcement, the company's subsidiary Xindada Power Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xindada Power" or "defendant") reached a settlement with Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. ("Weirui Electric" or "plaintiff") in the first instance stage, and the plaintiff will withdraw the lawsuit after the "Settlement Agreement" takes effect.

("Sunwoda Electronic Power" or "Defendant") and Weir Electric Vehicle Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. ("Weir Electric" or "Plaintiff") have reached a settlement in the first instance stage. The Plaintiff will withdraw the lawsuit after the "Settlement Agreement" takes effect.
According to the "Settlement Agreement", both parties will determine based on actual costs, taking into account the relevant warranty fund already provisioned by the company, the realized value of the battery packs after the incident, and the potential expenses that may occur in the future, etc. It is estimated that the impact on the net profit attributable to the parent company in 2025 will be between 500 million to 800 million RMB.
