China Technology Industry Group (08111) announced that on February 5, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Fengchuang, entered into a contract with Yiruyuan. Under this contract, Hebei Fengchuang (as the supplier) will purchase wind turbines, towers, anchor bolts, and related equipment for Yiruyuan to build a 50-megawatt wind power generation system in Huanghua City, Cangzhou, China.
CT IND GROUP (08111) announced that on February 5, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hebei Fengchuang entered into a contract with Yiruyuan. According to the contract, Hebei Fengchuang (as the supplier) will procure wind turbines, tower sections, anchor bolts, and related equipment for Yiruyuan to construct a 50 megawatt wind power generation system in Huanghua City, Cangzhou, China.
In addition to providing procurement services, Hebei Fengchuang will also provide supporting services, including: (i) providing technical consulting services related to project site selection, feasibility studies, equipment selection, personnel training, technical coordination, and guidance for wind power generation system engineering design; (ii) assisting Yiruyuan in the engineering design, testing, and management of the equipment under the contract.
It is expected that all wind turbine generators, tower sections, anchor bolts, and related equipment will be delivered by June 2026.
