YUEXIU TRANSPORT (01052): Guangzhou North Second Ring Company issued the winning bid notification letter to Chengtai Transportation.

YUEXIU TRANSPORT (01052) announced that after going through the open tender and bidding process at the Guangzhou Public Resource Trading Center, on February 5, 2026 (after the trading hours), Guangzhou Beierhuan Company (an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) issued a winning bid notification to Chengtai Traffic (the successful bidder). According to this, Guangzhou Beierhuan Company and Chengtai Traffic must sign a proposed engineering agreement within 30 days from the date of issuance of the winning bid notification. According to the proposed engineering agreement, Chengtai Traffic will provide several mechanical and electrical engineering services to Guangzhou Beierhuan Company for a contract price of approximately RMB 234 million. Guangzhou Beierhuan Company accepted Chengtai Traffic's bid after considering the bid documents submitted by the bidders, the industry reputation of the key equipment submitted, technical indicators, market share, performance, reliability and brand, bid prices, past records, and performance of the bidders. Chengtai Traffic (as the contractor) will undertake the mechanical and electrical engineering construction of the Guangzhou Beierhuan High Speed JD1 section, including a road section starting from K2986+806 and ending at K3024+960 on the Guangzhou Beierhuan High Speed (total length of 38.3 kilometers). The project includes (but is not limited to) (i) three major systems of mechanical and electrical engineering (monitoring, communication, and toll collection), communication pipeline engineering, and smart highways, as well as related civil construction plans, process design, equipment development, equipment material manufacturing (or supply), transportation, inspection, sampling testing, storage, delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, opening, trial operation, training, construction and completion documents, etc., for the construction preparation period, construction period, and defect liability period; (ii) temporary relocation and modification of existing three major systems; and (iii) overall commissioning and testing of the mechanical and electrical systems of the project.
