Fangsheng Pharmaceutical (603998.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Fangsheng Ronghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fangsheng Ronghua"), has recently received a Drug Manufacturing License issued by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration. This allows Fangsheng Ronghua to act as the holder of the drug marketing license, with Fangsheng Pharmaceutical acting as the trustee, and the entrusted product being Raloxifene tablets.

(referred to as "Fangsheng Ronghua"), has recently obtained a "Drug Production License" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration. This license allows Fangsheng Ronghua to act as the holder of the drug marketing authorization, with Hunan Fangsheng Pharmaceutical acting as the trustee, and the entrusted product is Rilugoli tablets.
The acquisition of the "Drug Production License" this time is beneficial for the company and its subsidiaries to integrate and allocate production and sales resources, increase production capacity utilization, and reduce production costs. The acquisition of the "Drug Production License" will not have a significant impact on the company's performance in the short term.
