Wang Dynasty Wine (00828) announced that Mr. Wong Man Yiu has resigned as an executive director and will no longer serve as the authorized representative and member of the remuneration committee of the company. Ms. Zhao Haijing has been appointed as an executive director and member of the remuneration committee of the company. Mr. Ho Chung Fook, the general manager and executive director of the company, has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective from February 3, 2026.
