DATA UNION CAP(08375) announced that after hosting the PAS roadshow in Hong Kong on February 2, 2026, its Dubai subsidiary has signed a contract with a Macau distributor for a total of $3 million. The contract relates to PAS SaaS annual authorization and subscription, setup and deployment, maintenance and technical services, and additional services. The contract will come into effect on the effective date and is expected to be completed within one year. This successful collaboration not only enhances our market position but also lays the foundation for future growth and collaboration. The directors believe that the implementation of this contract will expand the future revenue base of the group and enhance the investment return for the company and all of its shareholders. On January 26, 2026, the group established a subsidiary in China to support the operation and sales activities of SaaS solutions and innovative digital products in China. The main functions of this subsidiary include but are not limited to developing marketing plans, expanding sales networks, upgrading and developing PAS technology.
