The average length of stay for guests remained at 1.7 nights. In terms of a single month, in December 2025, the average occupancy rate of hotel rooms increased by 1.2 percentage points to 90.4%, with an increase of 5.8% in the number of guests to 1.252 million, and the average length of stay increased by 0.1 night to 1.7 nights.
