Sui On Real Estate (00272) announced that, in accordance with the terms set out in the offer memorandum, the company accepted, purchased, and registered notes with a total principal amount of $295 million validly submitted on January 29, 2026. Following the settlement of the offer and registration of the purchased notes, as of January 29, 2026, the outstanding principal amount of the notes is $105 million.
