Hei Zhi Ma Intelligence (02533) announced that due to personal reasons, Mr. Liu Weihong did not have enough time to participate in the company's day-to-day management. Mr. Liu was transferred from executive director to non-executive director and no longer served as the company's president, effective January 29, 2026. After the aforementioned transfer, Mr. Liu will also serve as a consultant to provide advice on the company's business operations.
