EV DYNAMICS(00476): Application for injunction to prevent creditors from filing for liquidation petition.

EV DYNAMICS (00476) announced that on January 26, 2026, the company has engaged its legal adviser to apply for an injunction at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, prohibiting creditors from filing a winding-up petition against the company. The first hearing for the injunction application was originally scheduled to be held on January 28, 2026. However, at the request of the creditors and upon the commitment of their representative lawyers that they will not file a winding-up petition based on the statutory demand or debt described therein until the injunction application is finally determined or until the court further orders, the first hearing for the injunction application (along with other matters) has been canceled and postponed to a date to be determined for the formal hearing.
