CHINA SOUTH AIR (01055) announced that KPMG Huazhen LLP (Special General Partnership) and KPMG LLP (collectively referred to as "KPMG") have been providing audit services to the company for ten consecutive years. According to the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies to Select Accounting Firms", after a public bidding process and based on the winning bid, the Board of Directors of the company, upon obtaining the recommendation of the Board Audit and Risk Management Committee, has resolved to recommend the appointment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (Special General Partnership) as the company's domestic auditor and internal control auditor for the year 2026, and Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) Limited as the company's international auditor for the year 2026 (collectively referred to as "Ernst & Young"). KPMG will officially resign as the company's auditor after completing the audit work for the annual performance of 2025 and the release of the 2025 annual report.
