CICC (03908): Liang Dongqing appointed as Company Secretary

CICC (03908) announced that the company held the fourteenth meeting of the third board of directors on January 22, 2026, and approved the proposal to appoint Ms. Liang Dongqing as the board secretary and joint company secretary. The board of directors agreed to appoint Ms. Liang Dongqing as the company's board secretary, effective from the date of the board's approval and the date she obtained the board secretary training certificate issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange (whichever is later). On January 28, 2026, Ms. Liang Dongqing obtained the board secretary training certificate issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. In accordance with the above board resolution, Ms. Liang Dongqing officially assumed the position of company board secretary from the date she obtained that certificate.
