Nokia Oyj Sponsored ADR (NOK.US) announced its fourth quarter financial report for 2025 on Thursday, with a 3% year-on-year increase in quarterly net sales to 6.1 billion euros, calculated at a fixed exchange rate, meeting the company's expectations. This growth was mainly driven by the expansion of its network infrastructure and mobile network business, offsetting declines in other business segments. The Finnish telecommunications equipment manufacturer's comparable operating profit for the quarter was 1.06 billion euros, slightly down from the 1.09 billion euros in the same period last year. The comparable operating profit margin decreased by 90 basis points to 17.3%, mainly due to growth investments in the network infrastructure sector, including the integration of the recently acquired Infinera. In the quarter, Nokia Oyj Sponsored ADR's comparable diluted earnings per share were 0.16 euros, with diluted earnings per share of 0.10 euros. At the end of the period, the company had a net cash balance of 3.4 billion euros. The company's board has proposed a dividend of 0.14 euros per share for the 2025 fiscal year. Looking ahead, Nokia Oyj Sponsored ADR provided financial guidance for 2026, targeting a comparable operating profit between 2 billion and 2.5 billion euros. The company expects a 6% to 8% growth in net sales for its Network Infrastructure business in 2026, in line with its long-term goals.
