China Ship Leasing (03877) has announced that all preconditions under the subscription agreement have been met, and the total principal amount of bonds of 2.38 billion Hong Kong dollars was successfully issued on January 28, 2026. Assuming that all bonds are converted at the initial conversion price of 2.39 Hong Kong dollars per share, the bonds will be converted into approximately 978,242,677 shares of stock, which is different from the previously disclosed 978,242,678 shares in the announcement.
