China East Education Limited (00667) announced that on January 28, 2026 (after the end of the trading session), the company entered into loan framework agreements with Mr. Wu Junbao, Mr. Wu Wei, and Mr. Xiao Guoqing, respectively. Under these agreements, the company agrees to provide daily revolving loan financing in the amount of up to RMB 80 million (excluding accrued interest) to each of the designated Chinese receiving companies specified by Mr. Wu Junbao, Mr. Wu Wei, and Mr. Xiao Guoqing through its designated Chinese loan subsidiary, at an annual interest rate of 6% within the specified period.

According to this, the company agreed to provide a maximum daily balance (excluding accrued interest) of RMB 80 million in RMB revolving loan financing to the designated Chinese receiving companies of Mr. Wu Junbao, Mr. Wu Wei, and Mr. Xiao Guoqing through its designated Chinese loan subsidiary, with an annual interest rate of 6% during the term of the agreement.
