PETRO-KING(02178) announced that on January 27, 2026, Baiqin Technology entered into a purchase agreement with the supplier, Tri Energy Equipment Co., Ltd., to purchase new equipment. According to the purchase agreement, Baiqin Technology agreed to purchase 2 units of 130-barrel frac trucks, including a brand-new SYR5350THS type triplex pump truck and an old SYR5331THS type twin pump truck, at a price of RMB 8.05 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 9.045 million), including taxes. The two existing frac trucks currently used by the Group have been in service for about 11 years, requiring high maintenance and upkeep costs, and are becoming increasingly unable to meet the strict requirements of the Group's oil and gas field customers. Therefore, the Group needs to purchase new equipment from the supplier to maintain its competitiveness and service quality, and to meet more stringent industry standards and requirements. Compared to the existing frac trucks, the core performance improvements of the new equipment mainly include the following aspects: 1. Fracturing fluid discharge and delivery capacity improvement: the maximum discharge rate of the existing frac truck is 16 cubic meters per minute, while the new equipment can achieve 20 cubic meters per minute, a 25% increase. In addition, the maximum delivery rate of the existing frac truck is 2.5 cubic meters per minute, while the new equipment can achieve 8 cubic meters per minute, a 220% increase. The new equipment is also better able to meet the high-volume demands of deep and ultra-deep oil and gas wells, and can support high-intensity fracturing modes such as "zipper fracturing". 2. Level of intelligence enhancement: The new equipment is equipped with self-diagnosis, fault prediction, remote cluster control, and other intelligent functions, effectively reducing the number of operators required for each equipment. The software of the new equipment supports continuous upgrades, ensuring more stable sensor calibration and achieving networked collaborative operations, with one-button start-stop and process automation functions. 3. Environmental protection and fuel efficiency: The existing frac trucks comply with China's National IV emission standards, but have a high level of pollution, while the new equipment complies with China's National VI emission standards, which are more stringent in terms of environmental protection. The new equipment also improves energy efficiency by reducing fuel consumption by approximately 5%-10%.
