CAPITAL REALM (00204): Received liquidation request

CAPITAL REALM (00204) announced that on January 26, 2026, the company received a winding-up petition from the company's creditor (petitioner) in relation to the winding-up petition filed by the company at the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on January 22, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance Chapter 32 of the laws of Hong Kong. The petition is in relation to the unpaid principal amount of a number of loans previously advanced by the petitioner totaling HK$2.9037 million, together with interest. The petition will be heard at the High Court of Hong Kong on April 8, 2026. The petition is only for the application of the winding-up of the company. As of the date of this announcement, no winding-up order has been issued by the High Court to wind up the company.
