(referred to as Yuchai Ship Electric) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMB International and China Galaxy International as its joint sponsors.
According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 27th, Guangxi Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yuchai Marine Power) has submitted its listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CMSC International and China Galaxy International are its joint sponsors. The prospectus reveals that the company is a leading provider of power solutions for the marine industry. According to data from Frost & Sullivan, based on sales revenue of engines for power generation in China in 2024, the company is the largest supplier of engines for power generation in China.
