Nen Group (01608) announced that on November 28, 2025, China CRRC Hong Kong Capital Management Limited filed for the liquidation of both the company and Nen Group Holdings Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. On January 21, 2026, the court, at the joint application of the company and Nen Group Holdings (as one party) and the petitioner (as the other party), revoked the hearing scheduled for February 11, 2026, on the liquidation petitions and postponed it to May 13, 2026.
VPOWER GROUP (01608) announced that CRRC Corporation Hong Kong Capital Management Limited filed winding-up petitions against the company and VPOWER GROUP Holdings Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) on November 28, 2025 in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. On January 21, 2026, the court revoked the hearing of the petitions scheduled for February 11, 2026, based on an application jointly made by the company and VPOWER GROUP Holdings (as one party) and the petitioner (as the other party), and postponed the hearing of the petitions to May 13, 2026.
