LC LOGISTICS (02490) announced that at the board meeting held on January 27, 2026 (Tuesday), the board has approved the declaration and distribution of a special dividend of HK$0.25 per share of the company's common stock to shareholders, with a total amount of approximately HK$143 million. The special dividend will be distributed on or around April 15, 2026 (Wednesday) to shareholders listed on the company's shareholder register at the close of business on March 4, 2026 (Wednesday) (the record date for entitlement to the special dividend).
