According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Muyuan Foods passed the listing hearing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 16, with Morgan Stanley, CITIC SEC, and Goldman Sachs as its joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that Muyuan Foods is a leader in the pig farming industry, adopting a vertically integrated business model that covers the entire pig industry chain from pig breeding, pig farming, feed production, to meat processing. According to Frost & Sullivan statistics, starting from 2021, the company is the world's largest pig farming enterprise based on pig production capacity and slaughter output, with pig slaughter output ranking first globally for four consecutive years. Financially, for the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2024, and the nine months ending on September 30, 2025, Muyuan Foods' revenues are approximately RMB 124.826 billion, RMB 110.861 billion, RMB 137.947 billion, RMB 96.775 billion, and RMB 111.79 billion respectively; during the same period, net profits are approximately RMB 14.933 billion, -RMB 4.168 billion, RMB 18.925 billion, RMB 11.246 billion, and RMB 15.112 billion respectively.
