Poly Property Group (00119) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Poly Property Group Limited, registered and established in the People's Republic of China, has successfully issued the second tranche of 2026 medium-term notes on January 22, 2026. The second tranche of 2026 medium-term notes, with a total amount of 500 million RMB, has been issued with a term of three years and an annual interest rate of 2.95%. The funds raised from the issuance of the second tranche of 2026 medium-term notes will be used to replace the issuer's own funds used to repay debt financing instruments.
