Hometown Interactive (03798) announced that from July 4, 2024 to October 24, 2025, the Group has subscribed for and redeemed various financial products issued by different financial institutions. The subscription funds are allocated from the Group's idle internal resources. In these transactions, 35 subscription transactions and 11 redemption transactions (calculated on a standalone and/or aggregate basis) constitute disclosure transactions under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
