Boan Biology (06955) announced that the board of directors has been informed by the controlling shareholder, Luye Pharma Group, that pursuant to the terms of the subscription agreement related to the exchangeable preferred shares, it is proposed that Luye Pharma's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Luye Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., further complete the proposed transfer of 11.9866 million H shares to the issuer in the market on January 27, 2026.

BOAN BIOTECH (06955) announced that the company's board of directors has been informed by the controlling shareholder LUYE PHARMA Group that, according to the terms of the subscription agreement related to the exchangeable preferred shares, it is proposed to arrange for LUYE PHARMA's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong LUYE PHARMA Co., Ltd., to further transfer 11,986,600 H shares to the issuer in the market on January 27, 2026 to complete the proposed transfer.
