Liaoning Port (02880): Wang Huiying resigns as Secretary of the Board.
Liugang Group (02880) announced that Ms. Wang Huiying has resigned as the company's Board Secretary due to a job change. She was previously serving as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Listing Rules), and authorized representative to accept legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with Part XVI of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Liaoning Port (02880) has announced that Ms. Wang Huiying has resigned as the Company Secretary due to work changes. She was appointed as the authorized representative of the Company Secretary under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Listing Rules) and as the authorized representative of the Company for accepting legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part XVI of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
To ensure the normal operation of the board of directors, the board has designated Mr. Wei Minghui, an executive director and general manager, to act as the acting Company Secretary until a new Company Secretary is appointed. The board will complete the selection process for a new secretary in accordance with relevant regulations as soon as possible. Mr. Li Guodong and Mr. Li Shuibao have resigned as deputy general managers of the Company due to work changes. Mr. Tang Ming has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the same reason.
According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Company's Articles of Association, the resignations of the above individuals will take effect upon delivery of their resignation letters to the board of directors (i.e. effective from January 26, 2026). After their departure, Ms. Wang Huiying, Mr. Li Guodong, Mr. Li Shuibao, and Mr. Tang Ming will no longer hold any positions in the Company.
