Zhongli International (01693) announced that all the preconditions set out in the placing agreement have been fulfilled, and the placing has been completed on 26th January 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. The placing agent has successfully placed 3.61 million shares at a placing price of HK$2.20 per share to not less than 6 placees, representing approximately 8.36% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the completion of the placing.
BGMC (01693) announced that all the preconditions stipulated in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription has been completed on January 26, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The subscription agent has successfully sold 3.61 million subscription shares to no fewer than 6 sub-underwriters at a subscription price of HK$2.20 per share, equivalent to approximately 8.36% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the completion of the subscription.
