TEXWINCA HOLD (00321): Li Weiye Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

Texwinca Holdings (00321) announced that Dr. Chan Yuk Mo will be re-designated from an Independent Non-Executive Director to a Senior Advisor of the Board. In light of this re-designation, he has submitted his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company and will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from January 29, 2026. His appointment as a Senior Advisor of the Board will be effective from January 30, 2026. Mr. Lee Wai Yip will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, effective from January 29, 2026.
