Jun'an Holdings (01559) announced that Mr. Zhang Fangbing has resigned as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer, and will no longer serve as an authorized representative, surveillance director, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from January 26, 2026; Mr. Gu Xiaochong has been appointed as an executive director, effective from January 26, 2026; and Mr. Sun Xiaoran, an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, authorized representative, surveillance director, and member of the remuneration committee, effective from January 26, 2026.
