LI NING (02331): Subscription matters for financial products
Li-Ning (02331) issued an announcement that (i) on January 18, 2026, Li-Ning (China) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) subscribed for a structured deposit of RMB 700 million from Guangfa Bank; (ii) on January 19, 2026, Li-Ning (Beijing) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) subscribed for a structured deposit I of RMB 260 million from Bank of China.
LI NING (02331) announced that (i) on January 18, 2026, LI NING (China) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) subscribed to a structured deposit of RMB 700 million with Guangfa Bank; (ii) on January 19, 2026, LI NING (Beijing) (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) subscribed to a structured deposit I of RMB 260 million with Bank of China;
(iii) on January 19, 2026, LI NING (Beijing) subscribed to a structured deposit II of RMB 240 million with Bank of China; (iv) on January 21, 2026, Shanghai LI NING (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) subscribed to a structured deposit III of RMB 500 million with Bank of China; and (v) on January 26, 2026, LI NING Children's Clothing (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) subscribed to a structured deposit of RMB 200 million with China Merchants Bank.
