FANGZHOU HEALTH (06086) announced that it expects the group's revenue for the year 2025 to be approximately RMB 3.5 billion to RMB 3.55 billion, an increase of about 30.0% compared to the revenue of RMB 2.7074 billion in 2024. The group also expects to achieve a net profit of approximately RMB 7 million to RMB 10 million during the reporting period, a significant turnaround from the pre-tax net loss of RMB 855 million in 2024. The announcement stated that the expected revenue growth is mainly due to the continuous growth of the company's consumer business division, as the company has attracted more patients and doctors to join the platform. The turnaround to profit is mainly attributed to revenue growth, as well as a decrease in equity-settled transactions based on shares.
