DTXS SILK ROAD (00620) announced that on January 23, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary entered into a memorandum of understanding with Hainan International Cultural and Artwork Trading Center Limited (Hainan Cultural Exchange). The agreement states that both parties will cooperate based on the concept of "integration of culture, arts, and technology, inheritance and innovative development," leveraging their respective advantages, resources, and proprietary technologies to achieve comprehensive cooperation in order to seize business opportunities together.
