ENT Group (02011) has announced that Ms. Yu Qianting has resigned as the Company Secretary of the company. She is the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and is the legal process agent of the company who can accept legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong. This resignation will take effect from January 23, 2026.
