Huaxin Steel (000932.SZ) announced that two 6m coke ovens at its subsidiary Hunan Huaxin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huaxin Lian Steel") have reached the end of their service life. In order to solve problems such as erosion of the furnace wall, leakage inside the furnace, low thermal efficiency, and high energy consumption per ton of coke caused by the aging of the coke oven body, Huaxin Lian Steel plans to implement a project to overhaul the 6m coke ovens on site, with an investment of 450 million yuan and a construction period of 19 months.

(referred to as "Hualing Lian Steel"), has two 6-meter coke ovens in the coking plant that have reached the end of their service life. In order to solve problems such as erosion of furnace walls, leakage inside the furnace, low thermal efficiency, and high energy consumption per ton of coke caused by the aging of the coke oven itself, Hualing Lian Steel plans to implement a major renovation project for the 6-meter coke ovens in the coking plant, with an investment of 450 million yuan and a construction period of 19 months.
