In addition, the Group also rents out machinery to third-party construction companies. The company has been striving to improve the Group's business operations and financial condition, actively seeking to introduce new businesses to explore new sources of income for the Group, promote diversified development in the future, and achieve the best interests of shareholders. The Board hereby notifies shareholders and potential investors that the Group intends to launch new businesses in the financial services field (New Business). The New Business will focus on the development of Class 1 (securities trading); Class 4 (providing advice on securities); Class 9 (asset management) regulated activities in financial services and trust business.
