GP (01825) announced that all conditions stated in the allocation agreement have been met, and the completion was realized on 22nd January 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the allocation agreement, the allocation agent has allocated a total of 69.12 million shares at the allocation price of HKD 0.10 per share to no fewer than 6 subscribers, representing approximately 16.7% of the company's issued share capital after completion of the allocation and issuance of additional shares.

GP (01825) issued an announcement stating that all conditions set out in the placement agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion was made effective on January 22, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placing agent has placed a total of 69.12 million shares at a placement price of HK$0.10 per share to not less than 6 placees, representing approximately 16.7% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the completion of the placement and the issuance of placement shares.
After deducting related expenses (including but not limited to placement commission, professional fees, and advances), the net proceeds from the placement are approximately HK$6.77 million, equivalent to a net issue price of approximately HK$0.098 per share.
