Boan Bio (06955) announced that the Board of Directors has been informed by the controlling shareholder, Leaf Pharmaceuticals Group, that in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement related to the exchangeable preferred shares, Leaf Pharmaceuticals' wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Leaf Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., intends to further transfer 38.5 million H shares of the issuer, Luye Geneora Holding Limited, in the market on January 22, 2026, as part of the proposed transfer.
